Professional chain link fence stretching tool. Puljak is the original fence stretching tool, designed with the professional fence contractor in mind. The Puljak C-C is a combination set that includes a Type A puller with a 2.5ft hardened rod, a Type B puller assembly including removable stretcher bar with a 4ft hardened rod, and one interchangeable workhead.

The fence stretcher has a hook style head that secures to a tension bar and a V trough that wraps around the mounting post. The internal working head has a cam, spring, and trigger setup. Replacement internal parts are available as are the Pul Jak work head rebuild tools.
