Refund policy

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
FenceSupplyCo.com allows returns or exchanges so long as they meet the following requirements:

For Returns:

  • You must notify FenceSupplyCo.com either by email or phone within 14 days of the purchase date to request a return, or initiate your return from within your customer account
  • Items must be in original condition; 
  • Must have original invoice number; and
  • Items must not be final sale or special order.

For Exchanges:

  • You must notify FenceSupplyCo.com either via email or phone within 30 days of purchase date to request an exchange or to inform us of non-compliance of a purchased item with order requirements (currently NOT able to be requested from your account); 
  • Items must be in original condition; 
  • Must have original invoice number; and
  • Items must not be final sale or special order.

If the request for return is deemed, by FenceSupplyCo.com, to fulfill these requirements, you will be given the options of either a refund or an exchange, so long as the materials are delivered back to FenceSupplyCo.com in original condition, at the expense of you, the returnee of the materials or items in question. If an exchange is chosen, all shipping costs associated with the delivery of the replacement items or materials must be paid for by you. All returns for refund will be charged a 25% restocking fee, in order to cover time and materials associated with issuing and fulfilling the refund. Under no circumstances will FenceSupplyCo.com return materials or items that are special order or deemed custom in any way by FenceSupplyCo.com. For all returns, refunds, and exchanges, FenceSupplyCo.com does not take title for the items or materials until they arrive at our distribution center.
