Shipping policy
Note: All shipping lead-times are from date of SHIPMENT, not order date. If you are in need of immediate shipment we contact us by phone at +1-408-692-0898 to discuss if we have the product in-stock and whether faster processing time are available.
Any out-of-stock or non-stock D&D TECHNOLOGIES & GRIPPLE products are currently experiencing fulfillment delays - please allow 5-7 business days, excluding observed holidays, for packaging time.
At this time all orders are expected to ship within 2-3 business days, excluding observed holidays (see below for this year's observed holiday closures). While we do stock thousands of the products that we offer, we are constantly adapting to the dynamic challenges of the current shipping and supply chain challenges.
Our procedure for online orders is to process them within 3 business days following the online transaction. Please note, orders purchased online Friday will be processed on Monday at the earliest. Once your order has been processed, packaged, and fulfilled for shipment, an email will be sent to you with your tracking number.
We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, and orders are often processed faster than the 2-3 business day lead time as noted above. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We utilize a combination of USPS and UPS services to deliver the majority of our products. You will receive a shipping notification with tracking number once the order has been processed by our warehouse team. Special order and oversized items will require custom shipping options, such as LTL carriers; for these items, please contact us via chat, email, or phone to get a quote.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES
Unfortunately, due to the difficulties associated with international logistics and taxation, we are currently unable to offer sales to non-U.S. delivery addresses.
RISK OF LOSS AND CARRIER CLAIMS
FenceSupplyCo.com cannot be held liable for damages or losses occurring after items have been conveyed to the shipment provider of your choosing. Every item purchased from Steel & Fence Supply, therefore, is delivered pursuant to a shipment contract between you and the shipment provider/carrier. At the time of our delivery to the carrier of your choosing, risk of loss and title for each item passes to you, the purchaser. Any claims for delayed, lost, or missing packages, accordingly, must be directed to the shipment provider/carrier for resolution.
