Can't weld your hinge to your gate and end post? This is the hinge for you. The SHUT IT Bolt-On BadAss Hinge was designed to be used on gates where welding is not an option. Just like all other SHUT IT hinges, the unique bushing design creates near frictionless movement with no maintenance, but now in powder coated black!
Shut It™ black powder coated bolt-on hinges are finished with a U.V. rated, black matte finish to conveniently make installations quick and easy. Major components are individually coated for complete coverage and washers, nut and bolt have a black oxide finish to match. All provide ½” (12 mm) of horizontal adjustability and attach to fence posts and gate frames with through bolts. Made with maintenance-free sealed ball bearings and tested to over 1 million open/close cycles, these hinges are made to last. The BadAss Bolt-On is designed for gates up to 1000 lb (450kg). CNC machined to the tightest tolerances in the industry, it produces near frictionless movement with maintenance free usage.
