COVID19 UPDATE:

At this time all orders are expected to ship within 2-3 business days.  While we do stock thousands of the products that we offer we are constantly adapting to the dynamic challenges of the current shipping and supply chain challenges.

*If you are in need of immediate shipment we suggest contacting us by phone at 408-413-3421 to discuss the possibilities of faster processing time. Our procedure for online orders is to process them the business day follow the online transaction. Please note, orders purchased online Friday are processed on Monday. Once your order has been processed, packaged, and fulfilled for shipment, an email will be sent to you with your tracking number. 

We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, and orders are often processed faster than the 2-3 business day lead time as noted above. However, please understand that we are a team of humans, working with human hands, and human brains. We aren't always perfect and sometimes unforeseen issues slow down our order processing system, especially during this new COVID world. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We utilize a combination of USPS and UPS services to deliver our products. You will receive a shipping notification with tracking number once the order has been processed by our warehouse team.

International Shipping Rates and Estimates

Unfortunately, due to the difficulties associated with international logistics and taxation, we are currently unable to offer sales to non-U.S. delivery addresses.
